Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with every item you purchase. We accept returns up to 7 days after purchase. Please include a note indicating the reason for your return and how you would like us to proceed with your exchange or refund.
Please note that shipping costs are refundable only in the case of manufacturer's defects, freight damage, or by result of our error.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured US Mail for shipment.
Feel free to contact us if you would like UPS pick up to be arranged for you.
Please note that items returned or exchanged must be in their original selling condition for full credit. In the situation that items have been opened from their original packaging, labels removed, and used, credit is determined by the resale value of the item.
