Amanida - Black Olives
A product made from the most select Spanish NATURAL BLACK OLIVES of EMPELTRE variety with ANCHOVY FLAVOUR, which provides it with a delicate and exquisite flavour with VERY LITTLE ACIDITY AND VERY LITTLE SALT.
These olives are hard and smooth and have a shiny skin. This is a natural product which is immediately pickled in brine, and whose major and most highly valued characteristic is its oil content of 28-30%.
Since it is a fruit which ripens on the tree it is tender and juicy and quite different from the black olives which are artificially coloured by oxidation, are unnaturally hard and completely tasteless.
